BEN CREASEY put together three solid performances to come out on top of the De Putron Easter 10x10x1,000 Challenge.
After the 10km road race run on Good Friday and the 10-mile cycle time trial on Saturday, legs were certainly beginning to tire when the challenge climaxed on Sunday when the final leg, the 1km swim, took place at Beau Sejour.
Creasey was in pole position after a superb 10km run in a time of 35min. 56sec. and the bike leg in 24-17 with Hubert Nicolle in second place and Simon March in third.
However, the swimming leg had the potential to change the standings with Mark Naftel only three seconds behind March and Jon Picton 22 seconds adrift.
