Flying start to the great Royal Wedding getaway

A LOCAL nurse is among those planning to see the Royal Wedding celebrations in London today.
Fiona MacKay, 38 (pictured), is meeting two of her friends, who live in the UK.
‘We are staying just outside Central London and will be going into the centre tomorrow to see if we can see something,’ Miss MacKay said yesterday, before boarding a flight from Guernsey.
‘I’m not that much of a royalist, but it’s nice to be part of something.’
