Man dies after North Beach incident
Friday 29th April 2011, 11:38AM BST.
A MAN has died after being involved in an incident at the entrance to the North Beach car park in the early hours of this morning.
He was 37-years-old. His name is not being released until all next of kin have been informed.
A statement released by Police said that following the incident, which occurred at about 2.20am, he was taken to the PEH where he later died from his injuries.
They said that the circumstances surrounding his death are not clear and they are appealing for witnesses.
He was riding a green and white mountain bike, and police would like to speak to anyone who may have seen him or the events near the entrance to the car park.
