Portinfer ivy part of Royal Wedding

GUERNSEY will play its part in the Royal Wedding today.
Local couple Mark and Sue Seabrook yesterday confirmed that ivy trails grown in their greenhouses at Portinfer, Vale, had been sent to a florist in London and would be part of a feature in Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding ceremony.
Lt-Governor Air Marshal Peter Walker will represent Guernsey at the wedding.
And at least one woman flew out yesterday with the aim of getting as close to the proceedings as possible.
