Manor bins scheme is rejected

A PLANNING application to reinstate the St Martin’s recycling bring banks at Manor Stores has been refused.
The Public Services Department wanted to resurface part of the site, install CCTV and create a new access road onto Le Hurel for the recycling bins.

He said a traffic services officer consulted over the plans also had concerns about access to the site.
