Eggo is crowned for 10th time

BOBBY EGGO has made it a perfect 10 island titles.
Now into his 50th year, Eggo (pictured) yesterday proved that he is still the main man in Guernsey golf as a brilliant morning round set him on the way to a 5 and 4 victory over last year’s champion Danny Blondel in the 36-hole Guernsey final.
‘It’s a great honour to have won this trophy again,’ he said.
‘It has always been a big aim to win it at the start of every season.’
