Ali Gilliland receives the Norman Wale Snooker Handicap trophy from GB&SA president Peter Colley. (1138853)
ALI GILLILAND claimed his first ever individual snooker title by beating Andy Paul 3-1 in the final of the Norman Wale snooker handicap knockout.
The Scot has enjoyed more success in pool since coming to the island, but was a deserved winner in an all-first division clash.

The North Social player also deployed good safety play when needed, as Paul struggled to get a foothold in the game.
