Have I misunderstood Deputy Hadley’s concerns?

I have been registered with my current dentist for some ten years, visit him for regular check ups and, when necessary have any treatment he advises. His practice criteria is based on conservation, oral health and general oral well being, this includes oral cancer checks.

I subscribe to a private dental plan, this means that I pay upfront and then claim accordingly.

I very much doubt that my dental practice will see fit to make an add on charge, to cover others’ emergency treatment.
