MORE than 600 people took part in the 18th Rock to Rocque charity cycle ride yesterday.
Coordinator Mira Domaille said that £17,000 had been donated for Les Bourgs Hospice on the day and more money was expected to come in later.
‘We were delighted with how many people have turned out in the damp conditions, especially the families and the young children,’ she said.
‘I’d just like to give a huge thank-you to everybody.’
