AFTER 34 years at Blanchelande College, retiring Principal Lesley Le Page, pictured, will leave with many fond memories.
She spent 13 years as principal after joining as a teacher in 1977. Mrs Le Page said she would greatly miss the school, its pupils and staff alike.
‘It’s been a big part of my life for a long time,’ she said. ‘I’m very lucky to have spent my working life here.

Blanchelande was always lucky to have such a lovely head teacher. She has time for all the girls, and the parents – and I think that she will be greatly missed by everyone.
Hope you have a lovely retirement Lesley.
