Code Group may accept Jersey’s zero-10 changes

JERSEY’S zero-10 tax regime would in theory no longer be considered harmful by the European Union if it makes all the changes it has proposed, the UK Treasury has confirmed.
But a spokesman stressed that a decision as to whether the changes met the requirements would not be made by the UK alone, but the 27 members of the EU Code of Conduct Group.
