Restaurant reopening delights marina owner

PEOPLE flocked back to Beaucette Marina Restaurant on its opening night after a year’s closure.
Owner Stephen Haines (pictured) said he was delighted to see the business come to life again, even though he had decided to shelve plans to completely redevelop the site.
‘I’m just pleased and excited,’ he said.
‘We had an evening here for the neighbours last night and it was really pleasing that not one of them had a negative thing to say – everyone was very positive.’
