Voice For Victims
Voice for Victims is a campaign aimed at promoting the rights of those affected by child sexual abuse.
Mark Hesse has been trying for change of use on Swallow apartments for quite awhile and has not been given it maybe thats why he is complaining, maybe if he upgraded the Apartments and cut prices he might fill them.
