RANGERS B will look to overcome last weekend’s stumble as they attempt to secure the second division softball title on Saturday.
The red-and-blacks lost for the first time this season against Buccaneers, falling 18-7, to delay their title procession by a week.
But they could end that wait should they beat bottom side Sluggers, although they still need second-placed Jets also to lose against Buccaneers in the earlier game.
That is the main action in what is a relatively quiet upcoming week, winding down somewhat before the island side’s European Championship campaign in Bulgaria next week.
