GUERNSEY Data Park Ltd has begun a court action against St Sampson’s parish officials for their refusal to give consent to a new access road junction to the Saltpans site.
The States has given permission for the multi-million pound development on a former vinery site next to Braye Road Industrial Estate.
The parish has refused to give reasons why it has refused a bournement which effectively blocks the work.
Guernsey Data Park Ltd’s case against constables Robert Broome and Paul Le Pelley and the St Sampson’s douzaine, was heard by the Interlocutory Court on Friday.
