MOONPIG’S merger with a European online photo service giant could spell good things for its Guernsey operation, the dealmakers have said.

Photobox has completed a £120m. acquisition for the online card company, which has its distribution centre in the island, and it is understood the business will seek a stock market listing in the next two years.
