Improving Best is set to drop further
Wednesday 27th July 2011, 2:29PM BST.

Junior Open winner: Harry Best.
ANOTHER handicap reduction could be on the way for Harry Best after he won the OSA Recruitment Junior Open at L’Ancresse.
The inter-insular team member shot an excellent 77 gross, 67 net, in breezy conditions to pip Guernsey teammate Fergus Moriarty on countback.
‘Harry played very well, in fact he was something like one under gross through his first eight holes, and I think both he and Fergus are probably due handicap reductions again for general play,’ said Guernsey Junior Golf Club president Bill Le Huray.
‘Robbie Garner, who was third, has already lowered his handicap by five shots this year, so that shows he is coming on too.’
