Winning award makes Tracy’s job worthwhile

TRACY MERRIEN, 43, is the personal lines manager in the insurance department at Cherry Godfrey.

She started working at the company in November 2007 but has worked in insurance since she left school.

She had no idea that she had been nominated for the Chamber of Commerce Customer Service Awards. She won the medium business category.

‘It was a pleasant surprise and I was overjoyed when I found out I had won. It makes the whole job worthwhile. People always told me I had very good customer service but to now have recognition for it is brilliant. I’m delighted.’
