Police detain man after woman is found dead

A WOMAN was found dead at a property in the Bordage at about 8.30pm on Saturday.
A man has been detained and is being questioned about the suspicious death. A Home Office pathologist is in the island to carry out a post mortem examination.
A police spokesman said the woman had not been formally identified and next of kin have not yet been contacted.
Anyone who saw anything suspicious in the Bordage area between 10am on Thursday and when the body was found should contact the incident room on 719439.
