BUNKER Hill residents have united against plans to turn a block of former tourist accommodation into a lodging house.
A planning application has been submitted by businessman Dan Hubert to use the former L’Ancresse Holiday Centre as a temporary place to stay.
However, neighbours are worried about the change.
The building has stood empty for about five years, but residents said it had once housed temporary workers, which had caused problems.
