Vance initiates rotation policy

Tony VanceAFTER an opening month of non-league action that has seen Guernsey FC take the Combined Counties League by storm, Tony Vance admits he now faces something of a juggling act.

The Green Lions are top of Division One after six games, but the immediate focus now switches back to domestic action tonight, as North and Rangers face off in the Rawlinson Cup final.

Of the 16 GFC players who travelled to the UK at the weekend, 10 could feature tonight, with Vance (pictured) admitting after the Cobham victory that he is doing what he can to aid the local clubs.

‘The starting team was chosen with one eye on Wednesday’s game,’ he said.
