Boxers go away to improve technique

THREE female Guernsey boxers and coach Amanda Wickenden visited Bristol boxing club for a squad training day.
Carrie O’Regan, Emily-Kate Gallienne and Leonie O’Regan were among 20 boxers at the event to improve their technique and take part in a couple of bouts.
After a warm-up, the group was split in two and concentrated on footwork, assisted by all the attending coaches.
Participants later sparred in their two groups.
