TENNIS legends wowed a near sell-out crowd with an action-packed day of entertainment on Saturday.

Grand Slam winner and former world top 10 Peter McNamara, Iranian trick-shot expert Mansour Bahrami, former world number four Thomas Enqvist and multiple ATP Tour champion Younes El Aynaoui played a series of matches at the Guernsey Tennis Centre in the first Guernsey Tennis Classic.

Local players Rob West and Patrick Ogier joined in the entertainment in a doubles match involving McNamara and Bahrami.

West described the day as brilliant with a good mixture of serious and fun tennis.
