TWO Guernsey firms are to merge to create the largest independent fund administration business in the island.
The merger sees Anson Fund Managers and Bordeaux Services (Guernsey) join forces to trade under the Anson name.
Peter Radford of Bordeaux, who will be chief executive of the merged entity, said the move would provide critical mass and enable the business to remain independent.
Anson principal John Le Prevost will become a senior director and Professor Richard Conder will become chairman of the Anson Group.
