WITH rumours abounding that the Winch brothers could jump ship from CI champions St Martin’s, following the sudden exits of Glyn Dyer and Kieran Mahon to North, club president Henry Davey admits the whole situation is getting him down.

‘All I’ve been doing is meeting after meeting and I don’t need it. There’s enough to do in running the football club,’ said Davey, who admitted he had heard the stories of the Winch brothers, both now integrated into the Guernsey FC squad, moving.

‘I haven’t heard anything officially,’ Davey added.

‘I’d heard Luke might go to Geomarine Rovers now that he’s working for them.’
