Sky’s top show to feature the Lions

SKY SPORTS will be coming to the island next month as Guernsey FC are set to feature on the flagship football show Gillette Soccer Saturday.
The Green Lions’ president, Matt Le Tissier (pictured), is a regular pundit on the programme, hosted by Jeff Stelling, and he will travel to Guernsey for their match against Feltham on Saturday 12 November.
He and the Sky cameras will film the UK side’s travel and pre-match preparations before recording a feature on the Combined Counties League match to be broadcast the following Saturday.
GFC chairman Steve Dewsnip is delighted at the news, which comes after discussions with the television network.
