Geall advocating a mutual approach

THE relationship between Guernsey FC and the local Priaulx League clubs should be a mutually advantageous one.
St Martin’s and Guernsey FC player Simon Geall (pictured), a practising advocate during the week, has been involved in all but two of the Green Lions’ matchday squads this season.
The 28-year-old has also been playing local senior football for well over a decade and he explains his decision to become fully involved with the new community club, much to the annoyance of some diehard Saints.
And Geall insists he is still committed to playing for his only career club Saints, who are now under the stewardship of new coach John Peace.
