Environment ‘must give legal justification for approving airport work’
Monday 17th October 2011, 11:30AM BST.

Deputy Shane Langlois (pictured) said he would be attending the department’s open planning meeting tomorrow to see if its board accepted proposals that would see the airport boundary move 120 metres west into green fields.
‘If things were to go that way we would definitely look at bringing a judicial review as we believe that the board can’t give its approval without following certain procedures set out in legislation,’ he said.
He added he would wait and see the outcome of the meeting.

Voice For Victims
Voice for Victims is a campaign aimed at promoting the rights of those affected by child sexual abuse.
If proper procedure had been followed from the outset it would all be over now. But PSD just couldn’t be bothered to follow the rules.

Never mind, our deputies know what they are voting in (for sure cough cough)
