CORDIER Hill residents have spoken of their concerns about proposals submitted for a second large development for the cramped St Peter Port road.

Rosaire Properties Ltd has applied to knock down Cordier Hill Bungalow and construct a three-storey building containing nine apartments.

That follows an application submitted in June to convert part of the convent site into 10 two-bedroom houses and three apartments. The decision on that proposal is still pending.

The latest application is across the road and smaller, but still includes nine two-bedroom apartments. The site currently contains a single bungalow and some garages.
