THREE women and an 18-year-old man were yesterday found guilty of attacking a man in Mill Street as he was walking to his home in Trinity Square.
Crown Advocate Gary Perry said ‘a pack mentality’ had prevailed when the group attacked Richard Henderson at about 1am on Thursday 6 May 2010.
The group were acquitted on a charge of stealing their victim’s wallet, something they had all denied.
Lucy Gallienne, 21, of no fixed address, and Nikita Carre, 20, of Flat 2, 41, Mount Durand, St Peter Port, and an 18-year-old woman, who was 16 at the time of the incident and cannot be named for legal reasons, had all denied the assault.
The case was adjourned until 17 November for reports and the four were bailed with conditions.
