Peter Mitchell – Invisible Lovers
Tuesday 17th May 2011, 4:55PM BST.
Peter Mitchell (AKA ‘Mitch’) playing his song Invisible Lovers at Sylvans Football Club on New Year’s Eve, 2010.
Peter is currently in his final year at school and his immediate plan is to join the family business which will see him teaching musical theatre and drama with ‘Banana Drama’, which is associated with Music Box Dance.
He turns 18 in June and aims to do more live appearances in bars around the island.
Although he’s not currently recording he says his goal is to become a professional musician ‘whether performing, or writing jingles for adverts, so I would love a record deal or an opportunity to do something like that.’
He was previously a member of local band Where It Goes which has not played recently owing to other members being out of the island at university.
He has more recently played as part of Re-Discovering Pluto, who appeared at ‘Rock Of Ages 9′ and at the ‘Lib Day Rock Of Ages’ gig on 8 May, 2011.
