They travel to Istanbul to collect and are offered 600,000 pounds for it. When Haddock refuses to sell, he’s nearly killed. After a while, the truth comes out and a thrilling adventure ensues with a dastardly crew trying to get hold of the “lost” gold of the National Bank.
