Poppy walkers mark 90 years of the RBL

UNIFORMED walkers took to the streets of Guernsey on Saturday to raise money for this year’s Poppy Appeal.

Royal British Legion members donned army uniforms dating from 1914 to the present day for the challenge.

They were joined by young cadets to walk 20.5 miles visiting all the parishes’ main war memorials.
