Friday 25th November 2011, 11:30AM GMT.

Much of Guernsey’s existing infrastructure is controlled by Cable and Wireless, which other operators have claimed has restricted the variety of packages they can offer customers.
But the Office of Utility Regulation, in tandem with Jersey’s regulator, confirmed that it had now short-listed several key wholesale products aimed at creating a level playing field.
It has begun a consultation with a view of making a final decision in the spring.
OUR director-general John Curran (pictured) said the benefits of better competition had been demonstrated before through changes to the mobile network.

Voice For Victims
Voice for Victims is a campaign aimed at promoting the rights of those affected by child sexual abuse.
