Very special, says mum of Christmas Day baby

A MOTHER who gave birth to a baby girl on Christmas Day said she has been given the best present she could ever wish for.
Heidi Rault, 35, went into labour early on Christmas Day and at 5pm, Tahlia Halo was born, weighing 8lb 2oz.
Ms Rault said it had been an extra special Christmas.
‘It was quite strange and not quite the way I was planning to spend the day,’ she said.
‘I had been having pains in the early hours of the morning and I had to get up.
‘My other two children [Zachary, 13, and Porscha-Elise, 6] had to open their stocking presents at about 3am before I left for hospital.’
