JUBILEE parties planned around the parishes will spoil islanders for choice.

St Sampson’s and Vale will celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee with a party at L’Islet, while the Castel festivities will be held at Fairfield.

Vale douzenier Brian De Jersey said the celebrations had been planned since last July and promised it would be a memorable day.

Bev Holliday, who has helped organise the Castel celebrations, said people from all corners of the parish had been invited to help organise the event.
