The motorcyclist who was killed in a road traffic collision at Forest Road this morning has been named as Joseph Manning. He was 18.

Guernsey Police are still seeking information from witnesses who saw motorcycles being ridden in the area at about this time.

This collision occurred during the peak morning traffic and police say they are grateful to motorists for their patience having been diverted at short notice.

‘Our sympathies are with Joseph’s family and friends at this difficult time’, the police said.
