Ad agency says it with flowers after Mansell Street fire action

A QUICK-THINKING recruitment worker helped to save a building in Upper Mansell Street from going up in flames.
Firefighters spent half an hour getting the blaze under control on Wednesday night. The affected building has been undergoing renovation and tarpaulins and scaffolding mean it is mostly invisible to the public.
The building site foreman, Jon Godley, said if the blaze had not been spotted so quickly, the building could have been seriously damaged.
OSA employee Angela Ferguson was walking home from work when she spotted the fire through a small gap.
Ms Ferguson has a friend who works for design company The Potting Shed – the only business based in the affected building. She warned them about possible damage to the property and yesterday she received a bouquet of flowers from the company.
