Drunken man beats up teenager – leaves imprint of shoe on boy’s face

A DRUNKEN man beat up a 15-year-old so badly that he left the imprint of his shoe visible on the boy’s face.
Damon Evans, 21, then bragged of the attack on a mobile phone messaging app, where he posted a photograph of the boy’s injuries.
‘This is one of the most shocking things I have ever heard of and I have been in this job for a long time,’ Judge Cherry McMillen said at a Magistrate’s Court sentencing hearing.
Evans, of Flat 1, 44, Pedvin Street, St Peter Port, was sentenced to 15 months in prison and ordered to pay £500 in compensation to his victim.
He admitted assaulting the boy at Cote des Amarreurs, Vale.
