THE side leading the Priaulx Leafue these past five Christmases has gone on to win the title.
With that in mind, Ross Cameron should be feeling chipper as he sits down to Christmas lunch with his team on top.
But, despite leading the chasing pack by three points with a game in hand, the North coach insists the Priaulx League is far from won.
From their nine games thus far, the chocolate-and-blues have won seven and lost just once, in a run that has included success over Bels and a pair of victories over champions St Martin’s.
And with that trio all set to play each other in a hectic January period, the destiny of the Priaulx Cup could well be known by the time the month ends.
