FOR drama, excitement and intensity, Beau Sejour is the place to be on Division One basketball nights.
The top two yesterday served up yet another thriller which swung one way then the other before Le Mont Saint showed all their experience to see them through to a narrow victory that edges them ahead of Panthers in the title race once more.
The teams went into the second of their five encounters with identical played four, won three, records and neither was in the mood to slip to a second defeat of the season.
It was hardly surprising, then, that the first quarter never saw more than five points separating the teams, with just one between them when the 10 minutes expired, the Martin Yabsley-led Panthers 17-16 in front with the big man already in double figures.
