GUERNSEY FC produced a stunning performance to knock Egham Town out of the CCL Premier Cup last night with a 5-2 victory in a pulsating extra-time encounter in the UK.

Level at 2-2 after normal time thanks to strikes from Ross Allen and Ryan-Zico Black, further efforts from Allen and Glyn Dyer to add to an own goal sealed a magnificent victory, despite Black being sent off late on.

The Green Lions’ captain Sam Cochrane, pictured, produced one of the finest individual performances of the season at centre-back and he was delighted at the final whistle.

‘I was really pleased with the whole performance as a team to seal a really important win,’ he said.
