GUERNSEY FC moved 10 points clear at the top of CCL Division One with a resounding 5-0 victory over Frimley Green at Footes Lane.

With the big freeze across the UK claiming all but one other match in the league, second-placed Bedfont Sports were not in action and saw the gap increase.

The Green Lions reached the 100-goal mark in the league with a Simon Geall header, before Ryan-Zico Black gave the home side a 2-0 half-time lead.

A Ross Allen penalty and a brace for Dom Heaume completed Frimley’s misery, who missed a penalty through Jack Keenan and also saw Ryan Page sent off.
