THE West Coast Sea Angling Club season has just got under way with its AGM.

The members were obviously happy with the way the club was being run as they re-elected the following; president: Shane Huxster; vice-president: John Rothwell; secretary: Matt Mahy; assistant secretary: Martin Le Prevost; treasurer: Neil Hoolahan; social secretary: Louise Richards; fish recorder: Stephen Huxster.

A proposal to increase the number of hooks permitted from three to four was passed.

A further proposal for club members to undertake a clean up of the St Peter Port breakwater some time in September was also passed and the harbour authorities will be approached for permission.
