Star duo absent

GUERNSEY FC will look to extend their unbeaten away run to a club record nine matches tonight without two of their star attacking names.
After both produced scintillating performances at Wembley on Saturday, the duo of Glyn Dyer and Matt Loaring will miss the latest CCL Premier Division trip to Horley Town.
Dyer, pictured, is work-tied, as is first-choice goalkeeper Chris Tardif, while Loaring is nursing a thigh injury picked up in the 2-0 victory, although Dave Rihoy returns from illness. Simon Geall and Nigel Hutton also earn recalls to the 14-man squad, with GFC coach Tony Vance hoping that his side can win their ninth successive match on their travels and retain top spot.
‘I always felt that Saturday’s game at Wembley was a potential banana skin, but we produced what you would call the perfect away performance,’ he said.
