THE champions are sitting pretty going into the Christmas break.
Panthers maintained their 100% winning start to the season at the expense of Le Mont Saint Two last night, despite missing a couple of influential figures whose absence had given coach Pat Ogier some cause for concern beforehand.
But even without Lee Ogier and Liam Smyth, the reds got off to a flying start and established an early lead that their opponents could not reel in.
Panthers ensured their defence was on the money from the off, with Aaron Walden doing an impressive job on Shek Sesay, in particular, and they made LMS2 attempt to force too many passes on offence.
