The latest in our series counting down to the Guernsey Press Sporting Achievement of the Year Award…
WE WILL never know whether Ross Allen is as good, or better, than his father Craig was as a footballer.
But what is for certain, Guernsey FC have one of the hottest strikers in non-league football at their disposal.
This has been another brilliant year for the GFC No. 10 and his recent FA Vase hat-trick to sink Erith & Belvedere was his 13th in Green Lions colours in less than a season-and-a-half.
Time and again when the Green Lions have been in a pickle, Allen has ridden to the rescue.
