AMELIA POTTER, riding Angel, was the newcomer who opened La Carriere Stables winter jumping with a double win in classes one and two.

On both occasions Sophie Garnham riding Georgie was in second place.

Aimee Stormont riding Magic stormed around the course to claim a great win in class three with Fabienne Leathem and Cloudy knocking on the door in second place.

Bo really excelled herself for Izzi Timms and charged over the finish line into third.

Up-and-coming young riders in this class, just off leading rein, were Molly-Mae Robilliard riding Tonkel Silver Star in fourth and Giorgia Phillips riding Cloudy in fifth.
