FOR the second successive round of volleyball fixtures, RB Coquelin secured a comprehensive  Mixed Divisional win at Beau Sejour.

This time it was an emphatic victory over the equally experienced Cannon team.

Sam Loveridge served in emphatic style giving Coquelin an impressive start to the first set and a commanding 9-2 lead, which forced their opposition to take a time-out.

Cannon replied with an impressive spell and clawed the set back to a one-point deficit at 11-12. However, Ian Vaudin’s Coquelin squad had  the experienced Carla Martel (pictured) to thank as her serve caused all sorts of problems and they stormed into a lead 17-12.
