GUERNSEY are looking for a clean sweep of trophies in tomorrow’s volleyball inter-insulars in Jersey.
The Sarnians claimed three of the four pieces of silverware on offer to them last year and believe they can go one better this time around.
Such a result would provide the EI Sturdza island squads with the biggest boost possible ahead of the NatWest Island Games in Bermuda.
The players have been in virtually continuous training since December 2011 and are expecting a good result against the Jersey teams, who have chosen not to attend July’s Games.
